Location good, just a block off the beach & within an easy drive of the town. Facilities good. Host gave excellent assistance when asked.

“Buying a property in Roquetas del Mar”
The best

The Piso has everything: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with all the cooking facilities, washing and dryer machine -a rarity in Roquetas del Mar-, TV, good WIFI, Swimming pool, -open during summer time-, parking space -very narrow-, I do not give a10 score because of the hot water issue. Anna is a very friendly and a super host! I would return!

To be improved

The hot water! Or the lack of it! The hot water flow last for TWO Minutes! I told Anna about it! Or the hot water is controlled by the owner or somebody else -next door neighbor- is using it! The supermarkets are far away. You will need Transportaion!
