“Loved José and his wife! Just lovely and worth the trip and stay”

The staff was wonderful! So friendly, so helpful!

To be improved

The beds were a little hard for our taste and due to a clogged sewer system there was a foul smell but luckily for future patrons that won’t be a problem they are fixing it.

“A great overnight stay in the countryside near Valdepenas”

The best

We had a very pleasant overnight stay. When we arrived which was slightly earlier than anticipated Jose arrived to check us in and show us our room. Jose was very friendly and informed us of all we needed. The room was very clean and yes basic but fine for our needs the room itself was large and the bathroom had an excellent shower. The breakfast was normal Spanish style breakfast tostadas with selection of toppings with fresh juice and coffee. It was plentiful and pleasant. We slept well given the rural location we never heard anything. Parkng is right in front of your room as the room is a chalet .

To be improved

There was nothing to dislike however one must be aware it's a rural location a couple of KM outside Valdepenas and apart from the breakfast one needs to travel to eat and drink. It wasn't an issue for a one night stay as we ate in Valdepenas. However if planning a longer stay one needs to be aware of this.

“Great location and friendly Spanish host.”

The best

Great location for travelling from northern Spain (e.g. Bilbao/Santander) to the south. Dog friendly. Studio (so a kitchen/seating area). New boiler so piping hot water and plenty of it. José is a friendly host.

To be improved

Mattresses could be a little more comfier.
