The best

The apartment is very well located. Calle Del Carmen is a historic shopping central avenue close to everything. It was very easy to enter the property and the host was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was good enough to prepare meals. The living room was cosy. The bed was comfortable enough. The shower was good. You can reach cafes, supermarkets, shops and historic sites in a few minutes walk. If you are not sensitive like me, it's a good place to stay.

To be improved

As soon as I entered the property there was a very off smell of mold. I did not see any mold anywhere however I am extremely allergic to mold so I can detect the smell right away and my nose/body starts to react very strongly. I felt very sick during my stay, I would not recommend it to someone who is sensitive and allergic like me. The AC also had a weird smell, I think it needs to be cleaned inside out. I booked this stay because my previous stay was cancelled and this property had a washing machine which I really needed. However, the washing machine was broken and I was left with soaked smelly clothes that didn't manage to dry during my 2 nights stay, had to take everything wet in a bag. I did let the host know it was not working so hopefully it will be fixed soon. I also had an issue putting the key back into the lock box (it didn't close) but the host was very understanding about it. There was a parade going on so it was very noisy until 1:30 am so please check if there are events going on during your stay. I personally didn't mind as I got to see the parade from my window.
