The room was not a deluxe room. It was basic. The bed was hard. The pillows uncomfortable. The room was noisy. The instructions for access were incorrect - the arrow on the wall points in the wrong direction. To leave your bag at the restaurant, you were expected to buy something before you left it. Strange given you’ve paid for baggage transfer and may have already eaten.

No blow dryer

It was difficult to locate and the number to ring didn’t pick up. Also the directions to the cafe were poor and when we located it the property manager took approx 30mins to complete registration. He was working at the bar and stacked the dishwasher, served customers and hardly acknowledged us.

First, you have to go to a cafe, where the staff then leads you through the city to the property. So the adress of the accomodation is not where you have to go. That could be discused beforehand. Check-out was until 11am, but before 9am someone was already knocking on the door and then waiting outside for me to leave. Also, there was no password for wifi and got no answer when I asked.
