“Excellence, a top property not to be missed”

The information given by the property owners was thoughtful, kind and extremely helpful. When we have problems with our taxi not arriving to take us to the airport at 4am in the morning the owner answered my message and sorted out alternative transport going above his duty to care for us. The property and pool were amazing, thank you.

“Nice location”

Small apartment, but very well arranged to have enough space. The underground parking space is a big plus, but there is also the possibility of free parking in front of the building. Swimming pool with direct access from the apartment terrace. Apartment located very close to the center, ideal for visiting the city. Kind host and available to solve any problem that may arise.

To be improved

The exterior terrace of the apartment is a bit lacking in privacy, being bordered by the access alley from the block's stairs to the pool. Basically, the residents' access alley to the pool passes between the two terraces (of this apartment and the apartment opposite). In addition, when you want to go to the pool you cannot lock the access door from the apartment to the terrace, so that your belongings in the apartment are safe. This door is the only access door to the pool, the door which, although has a key, cannot be locked from the outside because the key cannot be removed from the lock due to the external shutter that cannot be opened. Access to the pool could also be done through the corridor in the stairwell of the building if the apartment owner would provide a key to this door (a key that all owners have in order to have access to the pool).

“Central, Clean and Comfortable”

Great place for 2 people to stay. Free on-street and garage parking, just a short walk from all the action in central Burgos, a swimming pool and a terrace. Couldn't ask for more. If I had to find a fault, I would suggest some additional kitchen utensils such as a corkscrew and a cheese grater, but that's really nit-picking. I would stay again - I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere. The host communicated quickly and thoroughly. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
