“Cruising crocroaches caught on camera”

After booking the villa on booking.com for work purposes. I was also contacted by the owner by WhatsApp to ask us for our age which i feel a bit intrusive and we ask we have to do a Bank transfer of 300 for deposit which i was very uncomfortable to do as i have to give my bank details despite on booking.com it say deposit will be collected by cash on arrival that was not the case and for the owner paypal or cash was not possible for him and insisted on the bank transfer. The price we pay for 2 person was near 650 for 4nights which was very expensive. Check in time was at 15hr we ask to accommodate us earlier 1 hour earlier but owner say no as there is cleaning is being done afyer another guest check out so we waited for 1 hour nearby as there was no where for us to go around. The location was literally in the middle of no where,To get to it was a nightmare we had to drive up the hill in a narrow dangerous,curvy,bended,broken road for a good 22 min before you see the house and there was no parking you literally have to park on a bend outside the property,and we had to get our new car suspension fix as the road was extremely bad. Checking in was at 15 hrs after the owner tell us he deactivate the alarm and we can proceed to enter the property after 30 min trying to open the keybox outside the property. Once inside no welcome pack,no map of the area,no biscuits or anything but the very first thing we saw there was lot of small cockroaches cruising in the kitchen,on the table top,wash bassin and in the cupboard. The hot shower only work for about 5 min and in the dinning room the shutter (volet)was broken have remain open so if you leave the light on neighbours see clearly in the house despite the window was close. The pool was full of flies and the smell of bleach was in excess.
