Never have we been received this coldly at any hotel. We felt deeply unwelcome by the receptionist who could barely be bothered to say two words and just demanded things. No idea if she just had a really bad day, but it didn't feel hospitable at all.

No staff available, no room service (sheet and towel change)

The broken electrical socket next to my bed, the fact that the heating was not independent to our room and I had to have a cold shower this morning

The owner was very unfriendly and didn’t give us a good feeling, we always had the feeling we disturb her and when contacting her on the phone as well as in person she had a cold tone and didn’t really give the impression she cares.. After asking for some dishes or a water cooker we got instantly rejected and not even one nice gesture to help with any kitchen wear - we ended up buying our own water cooker, plastic dishes and paper plates to somehow be able to have food (even tho there were apartments with kitchens and some of them without use so it would been possible to borrow dishes or gadgets..). The door of our bathroom had problems with the lock, the soap of the shower was empty when we arrived and the ceiling full of spiders (not a big problem, but when receiving guests I would make sure they find the room in a better condition!). The WiFi key indicated on the wall didn’t work and was not up to date, the instructions indicated a cleaning time of 11-13 am, but when I came to the lady to ask for cleaning at 12:30 (because the cleaning lady stormed into our room at 11am while we were napping after a night with bravely sleeping because of super loud neighbours) we didn’t want to get „kicked“ out of the room for cleaning. Thus indicated on the instructions (11-13 o clock) the lady answered me angry/unfriendly at 12:30 that they don’t clean so late and when I asked again that we would like to have a cleaning she said „ok right now but it’s an exception, only today!“ - the cleaning on that day never happened.. on the next morning we expected finally the cleaning but even then no cleaning personal appeared in our room. The trash already needed to be stacked next to the full trash can in our room. When I asked the lady next morning to please please finally clean our room, she answered me „but you need to leave your room, if you are inside we can not clean!“ - again in an unfriendly tone.

Without a car it was a little far to walk to town. But it is a walk with beautiful views.
