“A view to write home about.”

The best

Tejada has fantastic views all around and the apartment has some of the best. It has a balcony facing south, enjoying these views and enjoying a glass of something in the sun, looking at the views gave us some of our best moments on this Gran Canaria round trip. Tejada is at more than a 1000m height and it gets cold in the winter, but the apartment is cosy, warmed by a heat pump/converter and the bed has an amble supply of carpets. The Nicasio apartment was fairly easy to find and installed into, with public parking just 50-100m away.

To be improved

The winter weather can be fickle in the central parts of the island and one has to be prepared for 10 kinds of weather during a day. The town has clearly had some traffic problems (caused by tourism, no doubt) and was well on the way to tackle them by adding parking places in many ingenious ways - good, but while it is going on, building noise is inevitable (at the moment). Luckily, we stayed there during the weekend.

“clean and nice flat in a perfect location”

The location was perfect for day tours in the mountains, we really enjoyed the balcony and chilling in the sun, the flat was clean and had a really good kitchen equipment

To be improved

unfortunately there was a lot of construction work right in front of the property every morning. It would have been nice to know that beforehand.
