“Excellent choice!”
The best

Brand new, modern, spacious apartment. Very comfortable for a few days. Most guests come to this area for birdwatching, and the apartment provides guidebooks and maps.

To be improved

Not really negative, but to be aware of: The township is very small & quiet. The bar on the plaza mayor serves a few dishes and the people are very friendly, but don’t expect lots of tourist facilities.

“Exceptional”
The best

Very clean and quite modern apartment right on the village main square. Free parking few meters away. Convenient location for visiting beautiful Trujillo, Caceres and Monfrague NP. Friendly lady that welcomed us and handed over the key. The double bed way good size, free crib was provided for our baby. Good heating and fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in the area.

“Great stay between Caceres and Trujillo”
The best

Right in the center of Santa Marta de Magasca. The room is just perfect. Excellent value for money. The host speaks Spanish but don't worry - translators do the job :-) Some ornithological points of interest in the area. Be sure where you're heading for the night as the town does not offer a lot in terms of gastronomy - we had the dinner in Trujillo.
