The owner’s attitude was horribly unprofessional. Location was very hard to find. When asked for help to locate the place, the owner got mad at us. Permission is required to use AC and extra water. Not recommended.

The best

Nice spacious room with a comfortably soft double bed in a great location right in the heart of historic Toledo. Easy walking to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Just off the main square where people meet for the walking tours of the city the apartment is accessed via an app which didn't work for us but wasn't a problem as the owner was able to let us in remotely to collect the keys. Handy to have a fridge as we had a lot of food with us.

To be improved

Would have been nice to have a couple of pods for the coffee machine on arrival. The soap dispenser in the shower is U/S which you don't find out until you are wet! There is separate soap supplied though...

Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. Owner was rude. App didn’t work and I couldn’t go in until 3 pm but was there at 1 pm and owner knew it. Asked me to clean apartment!!!!!

The best

Location is excellent - right next to the main Plaza de Zocodover in Toledo. Lots of eateries around and the cathedral and Alcazar are within walking distance.

To be improved

Cannot park close to the apartment if you have luggage. So you'll need drag your luggage a good 100-200 meters. Also, our apartment was on the 2nd floor and it had no elevator - so be aware.
