AC did not work properly ie. shut down during the night Price is quite steep for a small town like Plasencia.

It was spacious, ample, luminous,scrupulously clean and very comfortable.

A bit far from the town centre, we had to walk and it is hilly. Unfortunately, it was very hot.

The best

The responsiveness and kindness of host Ana to solve a minor check-in issue at the kiosk. The apartment exceeded our expectations in term of size, comfort, kitchen equipment and overall value for money. Keep up the nice work!

To be improved

The AC seemed to be temporized. It went off kind of randomly so we had to turn it on again. But it was really minor in contrast with the excellent standard and comfort the accommodation provided.

“Excellent apartment for short stay with all facilities!”
The best

Location relative to central Plasencia is good, 5 minute drive to parking adjacent to old central square. Outside street parking is free. Nearby market and restaurants. Unit has its own WiFi router so strength of signal is excellent and speed ok. Room has small kitchen with pans dishes etc. Laundry washer/dryer available in common area just bring own soap. Clothes drying racks are available to use in room or balcony. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was quiet.

To be improved

Unit was semi street level so easy to hear people walking by but overall this was a quiet residential area.
