“Great location. Very close to a great municipal museum with artifacts from the Cerro de las Cabezas site which is nearby and worth a visit. Lovely town plaza and church a few minutes walk away. Good carpark nearby and host can assist with a parking discount. · Cons: Note there is no lift.”

1. A safety bar needs to be installed above the bath because when the shower is in use the base of the the bath is very slippery and could result in a serious accident wthout this item. 2. When we returned at night we could not have entered the bulding without either a torch or a phone-light as it was impossible to see the entry code keyboard. 3. Although we specified an arrival time between 14-15:00 (which was accepted by the posada) we had considerable difficulty in obtaining the entry pass-code, andwe never saw any memebr of staff until we were leaving the next morning. 4. Although the Aloque is described as a hotel, it is not a hotel: it is at best a "pensao" or "hostal".
