“Awful stay do not book this voramar apartment mabafe by “ alquileres peniscola 1” absolute rip off”

It was awful the apartment was so cold the heating wasnt working,no electric kettle,very dusty,very far from valencia city,and very far to collect the key travel 14 km to collect key then another 14km back to apartment,also the office did not give me the refund of 150 euros bec she charge me 50 euros for apparently cleaning fee wgen i clean everything wgen i left throw away all d rubbish, then she charge me for 100 euros for apparently cleaning fee global commercial tourist license wgen ut did not say on the booking.com and the paper i sign that deposit is for breakages i am absolutely fuming.dont book from this apartment voramar it is manage by” alquileres peniscola 1 “ theyre awful ripping off the tourist theyre so desperate for money coz without the tourist they have no job and will starve so they have no plan to return the money

I booked for 5 people, but one of the rooms was so small that it only fit 1 bed and a mattress. I had to sleep on the floor...
