The best

Balcony when in sun. Proximity to beach. Big bed. Good size bedrooms. Good kitchen equipment though no oven.

To be improved

Too cold in evenings especially as no heating at all. Would probably be ok in summer but not out of season. Lift noise annoying. Parking tight.
