Very nice view of Peniscola. Nice equipped kitchen with a was machine. It was quite cold during the nights but the apartment has some great covers to keep you warm.

In a way, the spirit of sticking to profit even if it brings down the customers is incredible. The apartment fee were low, but trying to make a profit this way won't last long, I feel.
The way they make a profit is by setting their price low at the beginning(otherwise people may not reserve by low rating history) later not refunding down payments for unreasonable reasons, setting excessively high electricity rates (roughly 0.35 kW), and charging extra for bed linen etc. from guests who come to stay because people think it is normally included. They did not refund 50€. Be careful, they won't return if you don't throw it away yourself. We didn't break or steal anything. In general, the bond would be used if something was deliberately broken somehow, and not for this level of dirt. They have sent images(i attached) of why they don’t refund. They contain images that are completely not understandable. The unrefunded amount was determined on their own, without being informed of the breakdown of 50euro, on the grounds that it was just dirty. It is reasonable to expect a business to have a dirt on for a stay of a month or more. Also, the check-out time is 10:00, which is usually 12:00 in Spain and it is the first time after we have used more than 30 accommodations. We didn't have a lot of time to take a lot of our own things as we were staying for a long time with an early check-out time. On top of that they demand cleanliness from their customers in the short time they set. To be honest I don't think that the cleaners who cannot tolerate this level of scope are not very good cleaners. They require guests cleaning. but they didn't provide the property in perfect condition and service. .The wifi was very slow and was a problem from the beginning. It took a long time to fix it. We had been in problem because of that. . After the reservation, they asked for a cancellation from me for reasons of their mismanagement of their schedule. .Shelf door handle was off. .The ventilation fan does not work even when it is switched on. .Electricity didn't arrive for charger enough. .
“Great stay with amazing views”
Good Location, playground in the sand just across the street and a little supermarket as well. Beds are not as hard and bad as I thought, although 1,35 for a couple could be small for some. Great balcony too. You hear the sea all the time. Some mosquitoes (April).
The couch is not comfortable at all, even to sit. It smelled like a chain-smoker appartment, with kids it was as walking into a smoke cloud. We opened the windows and took the curtains down in the bedroom, because that was heavily smelling. We got used to it but it never went away entirely. The bill that is paid extra for the light etc was totally fine, we didn't use AC.
