Alpispa

Insufficient cookware. Only one rather small pan and two pots, very difficult to cook for a family of 4. Very little support from the handler. On arrival keys are handed over in a few min. No explanations on shops, garbage rules, no hints on restaurants or places to go. No touristic information materials available. The road is quite noisy for most of the night, bearable with closed windows.

The double bed is not wide enough and every movement is accompanied by a loud creak. The bed in the other room is completely unsuitable for sleeping. Our adult son literally suffered on it the whole holiday.What we didn't like the most was that in case of an urgent need to contact our accommodation provider, no one responded. In a situation where the apartment alarm was activated due to our mistake, no one repeatedly answered the phone and no one helped us! We had to contact the police, who helped us. The accommodation provider did not even respond to phone calls from the police! I consider this to be the worst manifestation of ignorance and unwillingness to help their guests.

The TV has problems but this was stated to resolve by. The owner during our stay.
