I liked how close to the beach, shops, restaurants & bars it was.

Pretty much everything else about this accommodation is appalling. Firstly the rooms were extremely dirty not long after getting in my room I noticed hair everywhere short and long hair. I had to sweep the whole apartment and you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I then mopped the floors with the cleaning products available and the water was black. I was only there for 3 days but in the three days my room wasn’t cleaned. While I was there I saw one member of staff as he briefly walked past my balcony there is no reception or staff present so you have to await a response through your messages on booking.com for any sort of help and support. This supported a nightmare check in as my keys where in a safe and the lady on the end of intercom could not speak English. I was waiting about hand an hour before a security guard from a nearby hot came to help me. Also due to the roads your transfer drops you off and picks you up in different locations this also proved difficult. There are no facilities in the property they have a small pool with approx 5 sunbeds. Although the pool does look clean. My room was on the ground floor and with there being so much grass, with lots of trees and shrubs also the cleanliness probably didn’t help, but you get allot of bugs in your room like I said I was only there for 3 days I had lizards cockroaches & all sorts. Overall value for money is poor, I would not stay at this apartment block again or any appartment blocks trading in the same company very poor customer service. I have pictures but I can’t seem to upload them here so will also be putting the review on trip advisor.
