A young man came to find us in his scooter when we couldn’t locate the address. He was pleasant during our stay but he wasn’t on site. Nobody was.

To be improved

All of it really. Very disappointing. Not easy to find the location.. Nobody around in the facility. A room marked reception but nobody worked there. We had a code for the front door and our room. Everything else locked up. We waited a day to get wifi password. All communication by What’s App.

The best

Excellent location in a quiet area, close to the centre of town. Very comfortable beds and good wardrobe space. The outside terrace would be pleasant for a longer stay. The room and bathroom are spacious.

To be improved

The bathroom had a lot of mould around the edges of the shower. The spa bath was extremely noisy and water splashed on the walls and floor, which are not tiled. There was a large fridge, toaster and kettle, together with cups and cutlery, but nowhere to wash up or prepare food and drinks. It would be a much better use of the space to remove the spa bath and replace it with a small kitchen area. Also our request for a bowl and spoon was ignored.

“Good Location, but will not return due to lack of communication from owner”

It was not clear on Booking.com that this was like an AirBnB, there was no one to show us into the accommodation, we had to use an App / website to open the door lock (fortunately we had a data plan), which at times did not work. it is very difficult to reach the accommodation by car as the road leading up to the place was blocked by poles and proper instructions were not provided on how to reach the place by car. Good location for visiting Cordoba and close to the public carpark and all restaurants etc and room size was decent.

To be improved

Terrible communication from the owner / manager. He did not respond in a timely manner and at times did not respond at all. We asked for the Wifi password but was not correct and he did not reply to our request for the correct password. Fortunately, he came to provide some sheets to our friends and we got the password from them.
