“Lovely hotel near the beach”
The best

Beautiful hotel near the beach but not right on it. I was there for a wedding, and loved everything about the hotel. The beds were comfortable. I had a suite and it was lovely and spacious. The hotel was really clean and nice. The pool was fun and for families. The staff were really nice and very accommodating. I would stay there again!

“Stay away!! This place is horrendous”
The best

This hotel sadly is terrible, it could be so good but the lack of Customer Service, rudeness of staff and lack of maintenance makes it what I can only described be as a disaster. We took the suite with Jacuzzi, on check in (1am in the morning) we were greatest with a room that was 26 degrees, it was baking, we turned the temp down but nothing happened, worse than that the next thing was got air was punching through the room and we were sweltering, in the morning I confronted reception to be told that the temp controls are for show and the temp is set centrally so that is why it was so hot. I was told to sleep with the doors open! We the Tried the hot tub! Surprise surprise it did not work! I reported it to reception and nothing was done, I went to the gym and surprisingly the treadmill was broken, reported and again nothing happened, that night we were kept awake the entire night by what I believe was an airlock on the water pipes! I reported it and surprisingly again nothing happened, eventually on our last day we discovered that they had tried to fix the plumbing as the flusher had been removed and left hanging off! For. Hotel room that we paid over €200 a night for this place is horrendous! Stay away! They don’t care, not even an apology let alone anything else!

Staff excellent. hotel room very clean. Pool lovely with comfortable chaises. Didn’t like restaurant food-salmon was terrible, very fishy taste

“Exceptional Hotel we will return”
The best

Wonderful hotel, modern rooms extremely clean everywhere. Pool area was great plenty of sunbeds. Don’t pay to use the rooftop pool. Staff was so friendly and helpful especially those at breakfast. Always greeted with a smile. Breakfast was great, everything you could wish for and the fresh scrambled fried eggs and omelettes were delicious. Altafulla is a pretty Spanish quiet small town not overrun by tourists and we would def come back to this hotel it was fab

“Excellent hotel”
The best

Excellent hotel with great amenities and comfortable rooms. We noticed a lack of hooks, storage and shelves on the premium room bathroom - there is a vast sink but nothing under it, so shelving would be a great addition. We have stayed there for the 5th time and highly recommended it.
