“Cons: I can't really give this apartment a realistic rating. The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable. It's brand new and perfectly furnished, but the newly renovated apartments are located in a building that's still under construction on both sides. On both days that we stayed in the apartment, we were woken up at 7:00 AM by construction noise right next to our bedroom: drilling, hammering, noise, loud work equipment from the workmen. Since we were on the Camino de Santiago, this day in Leon was supposed to be our day of rest. Unfortunately, it was hardly a day of peace and quiet. The agency wasn't interested, and they didn't answer our two inquiries about where to put our bikes. Overall, very disappointing and we shouldn't stay there!”

“Not worth the expense, basically a hotel room, under-serviced as an apartment”

To be improved

Did not provide basic item, specifically at least one laundry detergent pod. Did not honour posting on booking.come that stated there would be a bottle of wine. Did not respond to question on how to adjust the temperature - was 26 degrees inside. Space was fine, just too basic. Poor customer service = disappointing

Everything was great, what a beautiful place

To be improved

Only minor thing was it would have been great to have some mugs in the apartment for tea, there was a kettle which was great but only small coffee cups.
