“Great location with lovely garden in a secure urbanisation”

Location is perfect. Quiet but close enough to Calpe & Altea for shops, restaurants and beaches. Altea hills is a lovely area. The property urbanisation is very secure. Very pretty with lots of plants, flowers and trees. The property has a lovely garden and seating area which we enjoyed. Great size pool, but could do with a good clean and a little attention as many missing tles and grout. There is also a play park and outside fitness area for residents to use so great facilities for outdoor living.

To be improved

No bins in the bathrooms. No aircon in bedrooms, not even a ceiling fan or stand alone fan, which is definitely required for a comfortable sleep during summer months. Beds need new mattresses, I expected better quality, they are not very supportive or comfortable. All 4 of us were sore every morning. Pillows are terrible and also need replacing. This kinda spoiled it as the apartment is very nice and decorated well.
