Totally ignore any negative comments about this hotel. I stayed a week, last week in March. Great staff, lovely room, sea view, small bathroom but, I was on my own, so not a problem. A great mix of guests…. I had a half board deal but I mostly went out in the evening. However, the food looked varied and plentiful…. Just like the breakfast… fresh omelettes made to order. The pool area and sun loungers was my priority….. Dead quiet….. no worries getting a lounger at all. I would definitely return. Very near

Stayed here in mid Sept 2025 for a week with my partner. The bed & pillows were comfy & the room was clean & light. Staff were friendly especially Eva & her Italian boyfriend who did the entertainment around the pool. The pool & poolside area were clean. In the room there was no plug near the big mirror for straighteners, etc & no kettle in the room although there was a fridge so you could buy drinks in the local shops & put them in there. In the rooms the tv only had BBC news in English. We were half board. There was no jam or marmalade at breakfast but they did have Nutella. Drinks cost extra at dinner. There were 2 bottles of water in the room on arrival. Water in dispensers at reception that you could help yourself to all day. They had reasonably priced lunches & drinks at the bar round the pool to buy during the day. Hotel was very close to the beach which was clean. Very close to airport, 10 min transfer & the aquarium is walkable. Room had shampoo, shower gel & hand wash. Good choice of food at breakfast & dinner. Omelettes & fried eggs made to order at breakfast. HP sauce available for the Brits! Some afternoons they handed out free ice creams round the pool. There were plenty of sun beds in mid Sept throughout the day. Bingo played round the pool was fun. Overall I’d recommend this hotel.

This hotel is lovely - great, friendly staff, and a breakfast choice that is exceptional. Wheelchair adapted room, with ramp to the front door, then 3 lifts, one wider than the others, hand rails in the bathroom. Dining room can be navigated in a chair. Pool has steps and a handrail. Staff very attentive, with cooking done on little stations so you can watch. We had a small balcony, aircon was set on heater, but we opened the door slightly. Our room had a view of the sea, but there are apartments in front of the hotel. Close to shops and restaurants and bus to Palma is more or less outside the front doors of the hotel. The area has some lovely places to eat. Only a suggestion -kettle with coffee and tea would be a wonderful touch as standard in a four star hotel. Other-wise, brilliant

Great location for beach and transport. Good breakfast and relaxing lounge bar with entertainment on some evenings. The rooms are very well looked after, be aware that the towels and sheets remain for the week to help the environment, so hang towels on the rack on the balcony to dry.

It's a 3 stars hotel and that's being kind. As regular travellers, we can compare this "4 stars" hotel to others in Europe and even out of Europe like in Morocco and Egypt. To be fair, this hotel has positives like location with easy transport to palma, and close proximity to playa de Palma. But that's genuinely everything. The reception staff are extremely rude, they talk to you as if you're begging off them, not as PAYING GUESTS. the food is disgusting and you pretty much eat the same thing everyday (unlike a real 4 stars hotel). The absolute worst part is cleanliness, don't expect it at this hotel. See our photos yourself. Stains all over new bed sheets and towels. You have to go through a few plates at the restaurant to find a clean plate, same story with glasses and cutlery. The restaurant and bar staff are good, friendly people who made our stay slightly better. A big thank you to them. All in all, manage your expectations if you're staying at this hotel. For us personally, we wouldn't stay here again if they paid us. Cheers
