“Cons: The proporty was ok but the isolation is so poor that for our 3 nights staying there, there was a guy in a room next to us who was drunk singing every night till morning that we couldn’t sleep.”

“Old hotel”

The location of the hotel is perfect. The old receptionist working in the night and young receptionist Ms Gloria were very friendly.

To be improved

It is very expensive hotel for this hotel and food quality. I purchased a room with one big bed, but they gave us a room with small separate beds. The receptionist told us that they do not have a room with a big king size bed. Dinner and breakfast were very poor and very low quality. They extra charge for drinks, including water, at dinner. They extra charge for beach towels, safety case in the room and refrigerator in the room. ☹️ The receptionist Elena was very unfriendly and uncooperative. 😫 Black young lady cleaning the room was also very unfriendly and trying to do minimum cleaning in the room. Hotel definitely needs a renovation, almost everything in the hotel is obsolete.

“The Locattion e excellent. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. To take you to Aquarius , nearby. There is one bus stop to take you to the airport .cathedral, Arenal beach. . So the facilities are amazing . The beach near the hotel (only 5 min) is great. The water is calm and warm. The stuff is amazing, very polite. The food is exceptional..The waitres called Tiziano were great. He is young and very polite..Gave us good ideas on places to visit to. The room is spacious, great, and comfy beads. Its very very clean hotel..The air-conditioning is great too. · Cons: The shower. It's didn't stay on the hook properly. It has to stay higher up, and when you switch it on..the water goes in the end of the bath, if you dont hook it properly, it might fall.. that is a bit dangerous. Imagine if it hits your foot..”

“Good stay but needs a refurb now”

Stayed here twice before so knew what to expect. The location is key, just 5 mins on the bus from the airport and 5 mins walk to the beach and plenty of bars/shops/restaurants. Air con in room adequate and room plenty big enough.

To be improved

Breakfast was poor, cold and not much selection. Bread rolls and croissants were really hard, I went to the local supermarket and bought some fresh pastries. The hotel is looking really dated
