The rooms are absolutely not soundproof. You hear everything from the neighbors and I assume they heard us as well. The staff on the reception were okay, but just okay, could be nicer.

The best

The location was great, not as busy as most areas in Mallorca, the beach was lovely and the direct access from the hotel is definitely great! The staff was incredibly kind and nice to talk to, everyone always with a huge smile in their faces!
