“Terrible, do not stay here, if you do be prepared to be very disappointed.”

Checking out, Imed was amazing at his job and tried hard to please us despite our complete disappointment in the hotel and food. The Bed was comfy.

Almost everything. Do not stay here. The food is terrible and all of the food areas are sticky and dirty. The pool area has been painted in grey garage floor paint which has made it super slippery also the ladders in the pool area dangerous and are not fastened to the side properly, meaning one of us trapped are hands. The standard of guests there is concerning, families drunk and falling over by the pool in broad daylight and then in the evening, completely unprovoked, one child said he was going to punch my son in his face and to the child’s brother said to my son “Don’t worry he just has anger issues”. We had to move rooms 3 times and in the end settled for a room that was far below the standard that we expected and did not meet the requirements we paid for. Would have been a 4 star in the seventies, now is dated and needs renovation, at best this hotel is a 2 star. Possibly the worst hotel we have stayed at.

“Hold your expectations”

The location is not in the city center, but it’s still convenient. You can feel the fresh air and mild wind even on a hot day. The rooms are spacious.

To be improved

The facilities are quite old and need renovation. The hotel is overcrowded, and the size of the pools and restaurants is insufficient for a relaxing holiday. There are hidden costs involved. For instance, they don’t provide drinking water to the rooms after the first day, and bottled water is expensive inside the hotel. They also charge a deposit for simple items like towels and garage cards. Only a few staff members speak English.

“Lovely staff & nice clean hotel but overcrowded with young children”

Very helpful & friendly staff, clean hotel, large rooms, great free shuttle service to beach

To be improved

Hotel felt very overcrowded inside & outside, sunbeds squashed tightly together, hundreds of young children & so it didn’t work for a large group of adults and older teenagers. Luckily we only booked for 2 nights but spent both days at the beach

Terrible old creaky lifts. Needs completely pulling down and rebuilding. Food poor and have to wait in line. No sun beds available.
