“Holiday”

The best

Location was very good......room was ok cleaned regularly and changed towels regularly . Music stopped at a reasonable hour and was a quiet complex at night.Air conditioning was a godsend and ours did work some people said theirs didn't.

To be improved

We were very disappointed with the kitchen wasn't very big but could manage. Although there was no oven only small hob.There was no icebox in the fridge when we asked about it they said the wrong ones arrived ? We were also disappointed there was no canopy or umbrella so made the patio area unusable as it was too hot to sit on the chairs. Kitchen equipment was lacking and fortunately we took washing up liquid and a sponge as they don't provide it but had to ask for a teatowel to wipe the pots .No facilities to shower on the last day so we had to pay 20euros to stay until 11 am. And cases were left in an unlocked room with lots of equipment in there so not much room.

Well positioned as it was close to the boat picking up point for any boat trips, close to the beach, and to all the restaurants. Great view of the marina as well. Staf friendly and polite.

To be improved

Although I could tell the bed sheets were just changed and washed, weren’t clean. Were stains, loads of hair and funny smell. Perhaps the washing machine needs a deep clean. On top of the bathroom mirror was a snail, was a funny smell inside the apartment when I first got in and the wardrobe doors weren’t closing properly. On Friday night was showing was a professional show and in the end we played bingo with the only entertainer there was.

Reception made us wait till 10 past 2 for the key despite us arriving just after 10 and a number of other people (mainly Spanish) being given their room (I know 2 is the check in time but others that arrived after us were given their keys and reception were advised several weeks before that we would be arriving early) The form I signed had one room number but the room we were, eventually, given was a different room Kitchen is below basic, very tiny and not all the essentials (such as a chopping board, tea towel, etc.) Bath had a lot of limescale They advertised evening entertainment but it was changed to a quiz, unfortunately the hosts English wasn't very clear and he only spoke in Spanish and broken English (no other languages) Cleaner came in but must of used dirty water as the room smelt
