Leaking sink in the bathroom, bad smell because of it

The process for check-in was terrible!! Was advised via WhatsApp the day before arrival with electronic key to apt. Previous instruction was to go to a separate location to pick up keys. On arrival day, I clarified which it was and was told "my colleague explained to you, you have to pick up the keys at ... then go to the apt". We showed up at the separate location and were told no, you need to go straight to the apt with the electronic key we already sent you. After a long flight delay and it was raining, doing an unnecessary bag drag to an additional location after I intentionally verified whether it was necessary really upset us!!! In summary, the instructions need to be updated.

For the price you pay, some really basic things should be available in the kitchen, like salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, coffee and tea. I am sure many guests have left these in the past but everything seems cleared away after every guest. This doesn't make a very comfortable stay unless you buy your own suppliers. Second, the check-in process was not very smooth, you use a link to open the doors, but our link was expired, and second, there were no physical keys, which meant that until we discovered the second exit door, we did not know how to leave the building without a key. There were also too many things for us to sort out when we arrived and left, for the price you pay you want to have an easy stay, for example, we had to switch the fridge on, put the heating on, take out the trash after 7pm, no where to leave our luggage. It was too many tasks when you just want to relax.
