“Fantastic apartment in Gros - close to restaurants, beach and Old Town.”

This is a fantastic apartment for a short stay (we were 7 nights) in Gros in San Sebastian with everything you'd need - including a washing machine. And a full kitchen with oven and dishwasher should you want to cook - food so good in SS that we didn't bother :-) Very comfortable bed and a generously sized living and dining area. Great neighborhood - easy walk into the old town, just a block from the beach - supermarket across the road, and multiple bars and restaurants within a minutes walk. Has the two bedrooms to easily accommodate 4 guests.

To be improved

This is an apartment on the 2nd floor that faces the inside (not the street ) and other apartments. You don't hear the street noise but you will see into other adjacent apartments and they into you. There are ample blinds and curtains in this area to provide privacy though. It is also a touch on the dark side as a result as well. Still we are ok with all that and would stay at this apartment again if in San Sebastian.

“Close to everything and quiet at the same time”

This apartment is really well located in San Sebastián: 10 minutes walk to the old town (where all the pintxo's bars are) and 10 minutes to La Concha. If you like surf, you are 3 minutes away from the surf rental area and 5 minutes from the best beach for beginners in the north coast of Spain. The apartment is fully renovated and you have a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and good heating (in case you go during winter). The entrances work through electronic keys, but we met the host on arrival. He was really nice and sent us almost 20 restaurant recommendations. We tried as many as we could, and he was spot on!

To be improved

We were two couples and having only 1 bathroom implied some organization for showers and morning routines.

Location, size of the apartment and simplicity to access the property. The area is quiet in the night. You can walk to all the interest points in the old town

To be improved

The shower head was loose. A minor thing but it's annoying to readjust the angle every time you open/close it. A self supported ironing board would be nicer.

Great property, clean, open, big, fresh, great location. Close to the best food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Electronic keys were great as well. We loved it!
