The best

- very good value for the money, especially in Madrid - the host is very friendly and nice - peaceful neighborhood

To be improved

I actually never typed a negative review, but now I have to: 1. The property is located at -1 level so, basically, it was cold. No worries, but maybe an electric radiator would be nice. I know that the host told me to turn on the A/C, BUT it seemed to be a little dirty inside so we choose not to. Why did we choose not to: Legionella pneumophila and Pseudomonas could be found inside dirty A/C. We are not paranoids, but we learned about them and surely they are no joke! 2. Some ants came and visited us. Not hundreds of ants, but 4-5 per night, i dont know, a few constantly and we observed them before eating breakfast or whatever
