We had a very disappointing stay. The apartment was extremely noisy, with constant vibrations and loud sounds coming from the ventilation system of a nearby restaurant located in the courtyard side of the building and noise from surrounding air condition units. To make things worse, the refrigerator in room was also extremely loud. TV was broken. It made it nearly impossible to rest or enjoy any time inside the apartment. The host initially offered to let us leave our luggage, but completely ignored us day earlier and day when we arrived. He told us to come at a certain time for check-in, then left us waiting outside the building for 30 minutes. For a five-night stay, we were provided with only two towels per person (1 large and 1 small) and there was no option to get clean ones. Only two rolls of toilet paper were available, and there was barely enough hand soap. The coffee machine had only one capsule. The apartment was also quite dirty – the curtains and bed covers were visibly unclean. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful experience. Better to skip this apartment altogether. To do this business, it is not enough just to own an apartment.

I was double booked and received no extra compensations for it. There were no hotels nearby and we had to sleep at the airport for the night due to the double booking. The city was really full that day and every hotel that we contacted near downtown and the airport was booked. We had no charging stations and were carrying a bunch of luggage. It was a disaster. I tried getting in contact with them after they sent me multiple messages about how to pick up the keys. They completed ghosted me for 3 hours and I had to call the property, just for them to tell me that I was double booked and there was nothing they could do about it.

Nice apartment perfectly located in a vivid area in the center of Madrid. Good bed, at least for us. Walking distance to Sol, Gran Via, Lavapies, La Latina, Retiro etc. Good communication with the host.

To be improved

The key transfer was a delayed several times. The equipment of the apartment/kitchen needs to be refilled, many things are missing or only available in low numbers.

The best

Location is in the heart of downtown very clean comfortable also very quiet although in the centre but it’s extremely isolated so you can have a calm night for sleeping. It includes everything in the apartment you can enjoy to make a tee and coffee without out paying a lot of money. The stuff was also very friendly
