“Top tier accommodation”
Had a relaxing 2 night stay. The breakfast buffet is superb, the gardens well maintained and the staff very helpful. The Wi-Fi worked throughout the grounds. There's a bus stop 10 minutes walk away in Traslaviña as well as the Artzentales train station around 20 minutes away. I did a circuit route to Collado Monte Burgueño and the footpaths are in excellent condition, not to mention the bird-life, as I observed 35 species on the 28km route, including black woodpecker. I'm travelling solo so this isn't my typical accommodation but it was very well situated and pricing a bargain. It's got such a tranquil atmosphere I regret not being able to stay longer.
“Peaceful place to relax in beautiful nature”
It’s very remote and surrounded by beautiful nature. I stayed in the hostel – it was just me and one other guest, so we had lots of space. The place is lovely and even has a pool. Great spot to calm down and relax. They also had a very nice regional breakfast, although it was a bit pricey.
But I don’t think you can cook in the hostel, and the beds don’t have curtains (didn’t bother me since I was alone in the room). Not sure if I’d stay in the hostel if it was completely full – this place is more about peace and quiet.
“Perfect location”
Quiet location. Staff were friendly. Food fresh and good.
Rooms were excellent but sound proofing could be better
