“Minor issues but for the price and location I don't think you can get better than this for value.”

The best

Great location and a firestick on every TV which is a bonus, we do like watching a movie to relax at night on holiday. Location wise you really cant get any closer to Chiclana town and loads of supermarkets within 5 minute walk. 12 Euros taxi to the beach, Chiclana beach is amazing. the terrace area looked great but we really didn't get to use it as we had a lot of stuff on and also its too warm during the day for us Brits in September.

To be improved

I am tall so generally just open fridge doors from the top. Not good, the top of the fridge and the kitchen wall units need a good clean. The bathrooms were really clean so not sure why the same standard is not used in the kitchen, Also the toilet flush upstairs while we were there was kind of mid repair but there are still 2 other toilets in the property and a bucket of water flushes it. The whole place needs a lick of paint too but still happy with the price we paid
