To be improved

The instructions on how to collect the keys from a lock box were emailed to me after we left the UK. Unfortunately, neither my wife nor I could access our mobile roaming accounts when we arrived in Tenerife (due to a technical fault) and we were under the impression that we would be met at the property by someone. It was a frustrating hour of uncertainty, until we found a local bar with Wifi and found the emailed message on the method of key collection. Some of the furniture was uncomfortable

Lovely apartment, has everything you need for a stay just like home. Very modern and very spacious. Key was quite hard to locate and we had to ask someone for directions to the lockers, but once we found that we were fine.

To be improved

Location is a little remote from shops and bars, but if you want a quiet stay then this is perfect. Also very few sun loungers (probably around 10 in total) around the pool; the apartment should invest in some that can be used to take around the pool when it is busy.

I have already been to many apartments and this one surprised me very positively. The apartment was perfectly clean, I found everything I needed. Theoretically, you don't need much: paper towels, creams, gels, washing powder, dishwasher tablets. We spent a wonderful 8 days, we didn't miss anything. Comfortable beds, new equipment. Quick contact with Claudia, if necessary. Thank you, it was great. The swimming pools were perfect, they were not crowded at all, despite the high season, because there are several of them. No problem with parking in front of the apartment. Great working air conditioning in every room. Two bathrooms. Super comfortable, clean sofa in the living room for the whole family and a huge smart TV with all the necessary apps.

“A lovely apartment and host in a location good for walking, relaxing and golf.”

The best

The host is very friendly and helpful. Nice family! The apartment was very comfortable and had great amenities. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Pools available for swimming. Small shop nearby and bigger ones about 15 min walk. A restaurant very near, and others about 10 min walk. The nature reserve is 5 min walk away, and csn walk for about 1.5 hours.

To be improved

Pools were very cold!! The area is catered all around golf. A car ride to get to more traditional villages and sites.
