Cleanness. I found ants roaming in the apartment. I even found a cockroach. It definitely needs more regular pest control.

“great, functional place for visiting Sevilla - close to the metro, outside center.”

The best

yeah -perfect base for Sevilla sighseeing on a budget. 50m from Metro station and Supermarket. Two bedrooms + large dining room with sofa and big table. good and quiet Aircondition in bedrooms. All the neccessary equipment - Very good prepared for the tourists. Located outside center but close in "normal" neighbourhood, we found free parking place without much problem. (although it was June and it was like 90% places taken)

To be improved

just a warning, not that it bothered me too much. Do not be suprised that your flat is on the ground floor next to the main entrance to the block. You feel little like home supervisor :) . You will not open your windows and parade naked - too close to the ground :) . Setting - although 100% functional is totally ascetic (IMHO). St. Francis from Assisi said "I feel like home" after visit ;)

The apratment was spacious, good location, big bathroom and comfortable for prepairing food in the kitchen.

The accommodation facility's communication is terrible, they don't respond to emails, when you arrive at the place of residence you can't contact the hosts by phone, otherwise when you contact them they say they don't speak English, only Spanish and hang up the phone. The parking lot is very tight, our car was scratched. The apartment constantly smelled of sewage, and cleanliness was also lacking.
