Amazing 3bedroom flat with seafront views & pool by SharingCo

Very complex finding the apartment, directions were vague and position on the map in booking.com was wrong. We had to go around under the sun and ask to many people, nobody ever heard of this apartment. After checking in we realized of very big problems: 1) air con was not working in 2 bedrooms, in the third there was no air con at all and all this in a very hot apartment in a very hot august 2) the apartment was extremely dirty, cleaning didn't happen at all 3) shutter in the living room was broken Since the problems were all very big, we have asked the property to find a solution...we never do this because we do not like disputes especially when we're on holidays, but this time it was unavoidable. For these 3 major problems the property didn't offer any solution, except for the cleaning where they replied sayign that they were going to discuss this with the team and let us know by modnay (we checked in on saturday ahaha...and btw we never heard back from them). We had to then escalate to booking which luckily intervened and gave us a refund. I am not even mentioning all the other problems the apartment had and the consequences we had to suffer for these problems in any case during our stay in there we spoke to guests that rented other apartments in the same building from the same company and they told us the other apartments as well as full of huge problems which are constantly reported to the property and nobody does anything.
