there was a window above the front doorway that didnt have any coverings so the people in the apartments across the street could see right inside also there was a sewage smell coming from the front bathroom

Apartment is on the ground floor and main door opens out to the street. There were stranglers who would sit at pavement outside main door at nights, which made us uncomfortable. Further, there were stickers ‘F… Airbnb’. The main door key seems flimsy and access could be gained with PIN code too. For security purposes, main door should have a gate.

First the location. It was directly on the street so we had people sitting on our steps in the evening's little privacy and a lot of noise. You couldn't raise the shades because you were pretty must on the street level. Not the best of neighborhoods. Second, the place smelled like a sewer definitely an issue with the water system. Finally the heating and a/c hard to manage. We also related all this and asked for a refund and ignored.
