Amazing Apartment in Estepona Lagoon

Our stay could have been perfect if it weren’t for… - Needing to arrive within a 30 min window, and if we didn’t we’d need to pay 50 euros in cash. This created an unnecessary stress even before arriving, as the arrival window is too narrow, especially for those travelling in from outside of Spain. - The address within Booking.com isn’t where the apartment is. It would have made things easier if this had been updated as it’s not always possible to cross reference Google map links with the address on file (if you’re not told ahead of time that the two are different). - The aircon didn’t initially work, although our host quickly sorted it out. - The apartment was meant to have access to a private pool — but this pool was not available — and we were told that the reason we were given Lagoon day passes was to compensate for this fact. We would have appreciated knowing this on booking the apartment, especially as the Lagoon (as lovely as it was) and pool within the Lagoon isn’t appropriate for a small baby as the water (due to its volume) is too cold for those under 2 years old. - Check out on Booking .com states midday, but we were initially told to leave at 11am until I flagged up the discrepancy with the host, on which they were happy to accommodate a later check out. If all the above was improved upon, then it really would have been a perfect holiday, but sadly all of the above did add stress to what should have been a stress free holiday.
