To be improved

Very disappointing experience. The sofa was broken and unusable. The shower had no doors, the drain was clogged, and water was everywhere. The fridge wouldn’t close properly. On top of that, the staff didn’t understand English, which made communication extremely difficult. Would not recommend

The location.

The location was very dirty. Their cleaning standards are very low. Only the towels and sheets seemed clean enough. The bathroom was disgusting. It smelled of urine and the shower was stuck and the shower doors were old and broken. Imposible to shower. I can't understand how come the cleaning staff hasn't noticed, do they even clean? The carpet was stained and there was mold on the wall beside the bed. The building is old but well located. I had to change to another place upon the first night because the smell was very unpleasant. And the people who manage the flat (Varios Mundos) never replied my messages.
