The apartment is beautiful and clean, we had a lovely stay there.

To be improved

The only problem with the place is that it is above a bar and some people decide to ring you in the middle of the night as a prank.

“Very good location, a bit noisy”

The best

The location is great, many things are very accessible by walking, especially the 3 museums. The neighborhood is safe even at night very late, but the city is quite safe anyway. the team was friendly and very accommodating. there is everything you need in the apartment including ironing facilities and a washing machine. It was clean. Wifi is really good for working. If sound insulation had been taken into account during the renovation it would be just perfect

To be improved

the apartment is above a karaoke bar, you can't hear people singing at all. On the other hand, we hear them at the exit around 3:00 am, and it wakes me up briefly every night. They are nice people who leave their evening happy but hey I would have done without it. You can also hear the neighbors, especially the one on the bedroom side. It's a shame, adequate sound insulation should have been done during the renovation.

“this is a great location, walking distance to all Madrid’s many sites, but it is noisy and small”

the location is great…walking distance to the Prado, Thyssen, station

To be improved

it’s noisy, up until 2:30 am especially on weekends. there were no wine glasses. the shower was mouldy.
