The best

The villa is in a great location, just around the corner from the fantastic Alcudia beach. The villa is spacious with a lovely private garden. A great villa for families. Bars, food all near by, but not noisy. The whole family had a great time. We met David out host who was more than happy to help with anything.

To be improved

There was a bit of a delay getting into the property, we hung around for about half an hour .We requested a cot and unfortunately it collapsed a few times from the sides, so we did not use it for the rest of the holiday.This may need to be checked over or a new one purchased.

The best

Absolutely everything, well equipped and comfortable. We were a family of four adults two teens and one child 3yrs old, we cannot fault this property. It is in a great area, quiet but extremely close to the beach, spas and entertainment. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms all wonderful. Pool and the outside furniture perfect and well enjoyed by us all. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! David was very helpful and quick to communicate, the perfect host!

The best

Villa was very impressively furnished and the host supplied lots of essential items too. Pool and outside area was lovely and air con system was ideal for cooling off / comfort. Location was quiet at night so ideal for young families. Lounge and kitchen was well kitted out. Motorised blackout blinds enabled the room temps to be maintained easily. Almost home from home but with brilliant weather and nearby beach as bonus.Host gave us recommendations for local food shopping nearby and various restaurants… really well thought out information. Highly recommend this villa.

To be improved

Everything was great- one teeny suggestion maybe would be have a microwave in the kitchen too and additional pillows in each bedroom would have made the beds even more comfy.

The property has been fully modernised ,every room has a tv aircon and electric blackout blinds . The kitchen has an induction hob fitted oven and grill double fridge and double freezer. The outside area is partially covered with a bbq area sun loungers and even a trampoline and kids playhouse . The pool isn’t heated but it’s still warm the water . The on suite bathroom is hi tech with a rain shower built in the roof .

The best

This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children (2 and 3 yrs). The pool was a big hit, and also the trampoline and the playhouse kept our toddlers happily busy. We loved how clean and fresh the house was. A huge plus for the sound proof walls, and that there were a washing machine and a dryer there. 2 min walk to a fantastic beach, and several restaurants nearby. David was so helpful with everything we asked or needed, just the perfect host. 10/10 😊 Will totally recommend this to others!
