“Nice apartment in not so good location.”
The best

The apartment is cozy and tidy. Completely new construction. The garage under the house is great and a good size. The bed in the master bedroom is a good size and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Good soundproofing.

To be improved

Three bad things: 1. The apartment is right next to the highway, sitting on the balcony or terrace is very noisy. If you close the windows, you can't hear the noise inside. 2. The beach is 1.4 km on foot and all the time uphill. A car is needed all the time. 3. There is no full-view mirror in the apartment.

The best

Very nice view, high level floor apartment, very close to a supermarket and of course a parking space. To visit the beach, you need a car.
