To be improved

We lived all right, but - took a deposit of 200 euros, and did not return. Deceived: he said that within 7 days after departure he would return the money, but on the 8th day when I wrote he sent the damage to the apartment, which he did himself and did not return the deposit. Do not be careful.

The best

All was good (almost perfect), very nice and stylish place, absolutely suitable for 4 pax. The apartment had some refurbishment, so few things were brand new. The terrace is amazing, we spent every breakfast there. What a stunning view. The host is very friendly and always ready to help if needed. He was ready with few recommendations about where to shop and eat.

To be improved

The kitchen wasn't fully equipped (only a few cutlery and dishes).

“Nice and modern flat in Alicante.”
The best

Very nice apartment on the top floor of a residential building in Alicante. Very clean flat, well equipped with air conditioning, TV, washing machine and even BBQ. The rooms are spacious and the terrace has really nice views. The location is quite central with supermarkets nearby. It is a 10-15 minute walk to reach the centre of Alicante, but there is also a bus stop nearby.

To be improved

Kitchen equipment was a bit limited (in terms of pots and pans), the pictures also show a microwave that was missing. But no big deal, we did not complain as we did not need these items.

nice view from the big balcony, close to city center, excellent comunication with the owner and useful information/tips about the city, restaurants and supermarkets.
