At check-out on June 5th, everything was inspected and approved. There was no damage, so the €600 deposit was supposed to be fully refunded. Since they didn’t have any cash with them, they promised to transfer the amount as soon as possible. Now, more than a month later, we still haven’t received the money. We’ve tried to contact them multiple times—by phone, email, and other channels. Sometimes they don’t respond at all; other times they just make empty promises. The deposit still hasn’t been repaid. We have reported this to Booking.com. My advice: do not book here. You risk losing your deposit or having to wait endlessly. Their service is unprofessional and not customer-friendly.

Stunning villa! Great for a girls holiday.

To be improved

Pool wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival. Not enough cutlery for everyone to eat together. Long walk to shops, beach but we knew this when booking.

The best

We had wonderful stay and exceptional service from Carlos. He has been so helpful and understanding. Have explained to us all very clearly and provided with some valuable tips for the stay and the area. The villa itself is stunning and we have enjoyed so much the beautiful sunny garden, terrace and the roof terrace. Stunning and calming views all around. We had everything we needed :). Beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends and families. Thank you so much for making our stay so special and thank you to Carlos for outstanding service.
