The fact that the website cites that there is a lift on the property but it does not mention that the lift does not stop either on the first or second floor and as my wife and I are quite old and had to carry our big cases down from the third floor to the second floor and on departure up to the third floor from the second . So unless you are young and strong and have only a small bag think twice about staying there. Also we only had contact with a member of the staff by a phone conversation that was not very pleasant
