“Very good apartment for two persons, NOT three”

We stayed at AmazINN Places Palacio Real in the Superior Apartment with capacity for 3 adults. The area is nice and convenient, quite close to the palace and very close to restaurants and supermarkets. Transportation to the center is easy, since there are several bus stops very close. The apartment is very nice and large and has everything. It is air-conditioned, which is very important if you are traveling in the summer. The cleanliness was satisfactory and the communication with the hosts was very good. The double bed is very comfortable.

To be improved

I am giving the accommodation a low overall rating for one main reason: The apartment CANNOT accommodate three people and it is poorly equipped for that. For it to be a three-bed apartment, three people must be able to sleep in it. However, this sofa bed CANNOT SLEEEP ANYONE. It is uncomfortable and horrible and not suitable for sleeping. In reality, it is an apartment ideal for two people and not for three. It is a shame, because the apartment is really very nice in a beautiful and convenient location. I was also concerned about the electronic lock. Although it is convenient and easy to use, there is NO KIND OF SECURITY on the inside of the door, neither a bolt nor a chain. Also, the code for the apartment door was the same as the code for the apartment building door. This means that if you type the number in front of others without taking precautions, you also give access to the apartment. I suggest putting a latch or chain on the door and having different codes.

“I ask for extra pillows and management said they tell there staff to send me the pillows but I waited 8 days for it but”
