The best

Location. Easy to open the building door with the app.

To be improved

No light, very dark, very moisty - smells bad. There are many dehumidifiers in the flat but you could still feel It and smell it. There were dead coacroaches in the yard in front. The bathroom is very small, and if you are a bit claustrophobic it is not the best. The coach is a bit harsh on the back. There is no elevator to go down and there are a few stairs.
