Perfect apartment. The location is a bit strange. Because we were on holiday with our 5 years son, many times we returned at night and you have to pay attention to people in the streets. Anyhow, as I understood, it is a quiet area of Lavapies. Overall, I will book this property again for its facilities and large space.

We had low expectations due to previous reviews but for €100/night took a risk. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, modern, good central heating which was needed due to the cold weather. The location was good, we could walk everywhere from the city. We only got the metro to/from the airport. Lidl and 24/h carrefour express located nearby, and a corner shop direct opposite. Go to the restaurant Casa Pachuco nearby for dinner! Great food! Shower pressure was good. Previous reviews said the bathroom smelt a little damp, but this cleared after opening the window a little, and didn't return... bathrooms need ventilation! The kitchen had all that we needed. Kettle, coffee machine, wine opener, plenty of glasses/plates etc

The lounge/kitchen has very poor lighting. They could do with some led strip lighting around the ceiling alcoves. They included a Nespresso machine, but no pods. We got some cheap pods from Lidl nearby. Bathroom grouting could do with a refresh. The smart TV was pretty useless, it world freeze after clicking netflix. Worth adding a Chromecast to make it useful.
