I do not recommend this property. They are unresponsive and I never received the requested refund for the night that I did not stay in the apartment because of their organizational mistake.

To be improved

They should be more transparent with the guests. After having contacted them several time to find a solution, they never replied and did never offer a refund or an alternative solution.

“Frustrating getting access”
The best

Very poor access information- not only was it not sent (twice) when it did arrive it was not clear if you had never used digital keys. This was very annoying after journeying and not being able to easily access the apartment. Once inside it was sufficient for our needs - although no blinds in one of the bedrooms and the apartment had some damage.
