Communication is very bad from the beginning till the end. Apartment is quite hard to find, Uber will always drop you the other side. Drain pipe is jammed so you need to wait for a while before the next person can take shower. Big space at the step upstairs so quite dangerous for small kid to fall, I need to put the chair there as I stayed with 4 and 7 years old kid.

The best

The location is good, easy access to the beach and the old part of the city. There is a cheap parking nearby (on the secondary street near the location). The interior arrangement is pleasant, excellent for a couple (a third person will not feel comfortable).

To be improved

The arrangement is made in a former commercial space on two levels, the stairs between the two levels are not easy for small children and people with difficulty moving. The access is directly on the sidewalk of the boulevard and on the entrance facade is an enormous grille (from the former commercial space). The window on the upper level, i.e. from the bedroom, is opaque (you can't see the view). The carpentry of the windows is of poor quality, for this reason between 6 and 8 in the morning there is disturbing noise from the street, otherwise it is quiet and pleasant. Small maintenance problems were reported and will probably be solved quickly by the administrator (the main light in the bathroom was not working, a window at the entrance was cracked and the wall had degraded lime from the air conditioning leak).

The best

Very well furnished and spacious. Comfortable bed and big TV in both the rooms. The toilet was big aswell with a nice shower. In the center with many restaurants and stores within walking distance and easy to find parking nearby.

To be improved

As mentioned in other reviews the entrance to the property isn’t very welcoming. The gated fence is difficult to open and the outside doesn’t reflect the inside of the property otherwise a very nice apartment to stay at.
