“SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, LOUD, DARK- DO NOT RENT”

DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT!!! We walked in and it SMELLED LIKE SMOKE. We called the management company, open to moving to a different location or to receive a refund. Somebody answered and said they would call the manager and we never heard back. After various attempts to call and message back , they messaged sorry, no refund and nothing else. I have tried calling and messaging asking to speak to a manager, ansk for a refund - they didn’t respond. It was uninhabitable and when we left after being there for 15 minutes our clothes smelled like smoke. It was dark and when we opened the windows for air, it was ridiculously loud as it’s next to a popular plaza. We have been traveling through Spain for 9 months and walking the Camino for 2 months and this was THE WORST place we have stayed with THE WORST customer service.

To be improved

DO NOT RENT!! This was an AWFUL APARTMENT. Again, it smelled like smoke and the management company would NOT refund us our money. It was dark and when you opened the windows you were near the plaza and it was ridiculously loud.
